Sammontana’s Amando gelato is made with Sicilian almond milk and other ingredients suitable for celiacs and people with lactose intolerance and dairy allergies. The Amando line also demonstrates Sammontana’s commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions generated by its production facilities – in 2023, the use of plant-based ingredients led to a 32% reduction in CO₂-equivalent emissions over the entire product life cycle compared to the same gelato made with milk and dairy products.
