A TASTE OF HISTORY

Inspired by the sorbet maker used by the Bagnoli family since the 1950s, Sorbettiera gelato represents innovation and tradition. Its name is a homage to this iconic piece of equipment used to create creamy gelato and genuine flavours. Throughout the generations, Sammontana continues to keep the passion for authentic gelato alive, combining history and flavour in every spoonful.

With È Sempre Festa, it's always party time, with four taste sensations in a single tub. The delicate flavour of vanilla ice cream meets the sweetness of apple in one option and apricots in another, while intense chocolate gelato is streaked with apricot in the third and zesty mixed berries mingle with cream gelato round out the Fabulous Foursome. Perfectly balanced and full of flavour, each spoonful offers a wonderfully indulgent and irresistible experience.

MORE RESPONSIBLE PLASTIC PACKAGING

Since 2022, the Sorbettiera range’s packaging has contained over 50% of bio-circular plastic. This means it uses waste and residues from the agricultural sector, in line with a mass balance process that tracks the flow of bio-circular materials. By using such materials instead of plastic made from fossil-derived components, we are taking another step forward in reducing environmental impact.

Dairy cream and cocoa flavoured gelato with a chocolate ripple, and vanilla-flavoured and tiramisù flavoured gelato with a coffee ripple. Decorated with chocolate sprinkles.

 PANNA COTTA, NOCCIOLA, CREMA, CACAO

Panna cotta and crema flavoured gelato swirled with a toffee ripple and hazelnut-and-cocoa flavoured gelato swirled with a cocoa ripple.

STRACCIATELLA, MASCARPONE, GIANDUIA, SPAGNOLA

Stracciatella-flavoured gelato, mascarpone-flavoured gelato, and gianduia-flavoured gelato, all swirled with cocoa, and vanilla-flavoured gelato swirled with black cherry. Decorated with meringue pieces.

Dairy cream, cocoa and stracciatella-flavoured gelato with a cocoa ripple,
and coffee-flavoured gelato with a coffee ripple.

TRIONFO DI CREME

Dairy cream-flavoured gelato and custard-flavoured gelato, both swirled with caramel, cocoa-flavoured gelato and hazelnut-flavoured gelato swirled with cocoa. Decorated with chocolate flakes and cocoa curls with a caramel flavour.
