HOW IS AMARENA FABBRI MADE?

Amarena Fabbri is created through a candying process that faithfully follows an ancient method. The cherries are placed in vats, known as 'candisire,' and covered with syrup while maintaining a constant temperature and carefully controlling the ideal sugar concentration. This 'light' candying process allows for the creation of the unique and inimitable Amarena Fabbri, preserving the fruit's distinctive outer crispness and tender pulp.
